Play an active role in developing technical visualisations for approval by the customerCustomisation: Modify SharePoint features to meet needs, such as custom workflows, forms, and dashboardsTechnical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updatesMaintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates and patchesPerformance Monitoring: Analysing SharePoint server and application performance to ensure optimal functionalityUser Training: Conducting training sessions to help end-users effectively use SharePoint solutions
